Choose a title for your event, for example, Annual General Meeting. Enter the date of the event, and how long it is expected to go on for. If it is scheduled to last all day, check the 'all day event' box.
You can set up repeat events such as regular monthly meetings. Simply choose 'yes' to the repeat option.
You can also put in the location of the meeting and, importantly, who to contact for more information.
Specify what days of the week a recurring event is happening, and also an end date. >
When you're happy that all this information is correct, click 'ok' to save.
