In order to use documents, movie clips, images and other visual elements on your site, you need to adopt a two-stage process.
1. You must upload the element to the website so that it is stored in the library.
2. You'll then be able to pick up that visual or audio element and use it throughout the site.
Use 'Assets library' to start creating your audio/visual library.
Click on 'Manage website' and then click on 'Content' tab followed by the 'Asset Library' link.
