For example, suppose you want to use a particular image on one of your news stories.
From within 'Assets library', go to 'add an image' and put in a caption for the image you are going to upload. This caption is the text which will appear when a mouse hovers over the picture, so it must be a logical description of the image.
Go to 'choose file' and then browse your computer for the image you want and click 'ok' or 'choose'. When it is displayed in the window, click 'save and publish'. This will upload it to your image library, and from here, you can choose to display it on specific pages on the site.
You can use the same method to upload as many documents, images, audio or visual clips to the site as you require.
