To create a single page on your website, click 'Create item'.
For this example, we're going to create a page rather than a news item, although you can choose to do either. Set the drop down menu to 'page' and click 'go'.
Give your page a title and enter the content for that page. When you have finished, you can choose to include the page in the navigation. If you click 'yes', it will be listed on the left hand side with the other pages on the site.
Click 'save and publish' if you'd like to display it on the site immediately. If you click 'save', your page will be saved, but it will not be displayed on the live website.
